Your role



Interested in working in finance, specifically with private, corporate and institutional clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?



We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Wealth Management Switzerland team.

You'll get to:

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy

• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction

• coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development




Your team



You'll be working in one of our central business management teams within Wealth Management Switzerland, located at Paradeplatz in Zurich. We are responsible for driving the real estate lending business, developing strategic initiatives, analyzing Swiss real estate and lending market trends, and optimizing operational processes. Our responsibilities also include participating in cross-functional projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.




Your expertise



We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)

• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

• has excellent German and English skills
