- Lead portfolio strategy, construction, and capital allocation across multiple funds
- Oversee portfolio performance, analytics, risk management, and reporting
- Drive portfolio-wide value creation initiatives and best practices
- Partner with investment, asset management, and investor-facing teams
- Support fundraising, investor discussions, and strategic decision-making
- Build and develop the portfolio management function
- Strong background in infrastructure investing, private markets, and portfolio management
- Expertise in portfolio construction, performance analysis, and value creation
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills
