To further complete our global Business Development team, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious professional with an established network in Switzerland to contribute to our success.
Relationship Manager Based In Zurich
You bring at least eight to ten years of professional experience after graduation. As part of the Business Development you will be responsible for originating new investor relationships across key markets, as well as managing and further developing existing investor relationships. The role involves close interaction with intermediaries, requiring a high degree of credibility, responsiveness, and commercial judgment. In parallel, you will contribute to the evaluation of new investment opportunities and support of product development. The position offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, as well as direct collaboration with senior management
Requirements / Experience
To succeed in this highly dynamic and challenging business environment, we are looking for an entrepreneurially spirited team player with the following qualifications:
Essential requirements (applications not meeting all of these cannot be considered):
- A track record of self-generated business . Demonstrated success in self-generating new client relationships and converting them into mandates or assets under management
- 8–10 years of post-graduate experience in a client-facing financial services role (Family Office, Private Banking, Wealth Planning, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or comparable advisory).
- (Swiss-)German at native level and fluent professionalEnglish , written and spoken.French is an advantage.
Preferred requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
- Established professional network in Switzerland , ideally including entrepreneurs, family offices and professional intermediaries (e.g. lawyers, tax advisors, M&A advisors, trustees).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. you are personable, credible with entrepreneurs and UHNW clients, and able to build trust-based relationships
- Intimateknowledge of financial market products (both private and public) and financial market infrastructure
- Willingness and flexibility totravel internationally as required
