- Sicherstellen eines stabilen und performanten Betriebs der SAP-Applikationen
- Überwachen von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Ressourcennutzung
- Koordination von Aufgaben zur Gewährleistung von Kontinuität und Wiederherstellbarkeit
Application & Prozessmanagement
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Anwendern sowie Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellen einer effizienten Applikations- und Prozesshandhabung
- Erstellen und Pflegen von Standards, Richtlinien und Dokumentationen
SAP Cloud ALM & Lifecycle Management
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Analyse, Definition und strategischer Weiterentwicklung im SAP Cloud ALM Umfeld
- Mitgestaltung der Lifecycle-Planung und Optimierung von ALM-Prozessen
Dein Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lifecycle Management von SAP-Applikationen
- Fundiertes Know-how im SAP Cloud Umfeld in komplexen IT-Landschaften
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in Informatik oder vergleichbare IT-Weiterbildung
- Erfahrung in Change-, Release- und Testmanagement im SAP Cloud ALM Kontext
- Vertieftes Praxiswissen in SAP ALM und Application Management
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten oder Initiativen von Vorteil (z. B. IPMA oder vergleichbar)
- Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (z. B. SAFe) in einer Betriebsorganisation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
