Main tasks:

Own and continuously improve global business processes across SAP Sales (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS), ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Design end-to-end process solutions, define system requirements, and drive process standardization across the global organization.
Lead and support international SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects from concept through go-live.
Coordinate process design, testing, user acceptance, training, and deployment activities in collaboration with Business, IT, and external implementation partners.
Manage global incident, change, and release processes to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
Evaluate local process and system requirements, balancing regional needs with global standards and governance.
Develop training concepts and enable regional process owners through a structured train-the-trainer approach.
Maintain comprehensive process documentation, system specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Process Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in SAP logistics process management, application management, or SAP consulting within an international environment.
Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP GTS; knowledge of SAP TM, EWM, MM, or PP is an advantage.
Experience delivering international SAP implementation, rollout, or business transformation projects.
Strong understanding of global sales, logistics, and international trade processes.
Experience managing change requests, release planning, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Analytical, process-oriented, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Fluent English; German is an advantage.
