Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit bestehenden und potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden zur Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
• Du koordinierst und planst Beratungstermine für unsere Beraterinnen und Berater und sorgst für eine effiziente Terminorganisation
• Die Pflege, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung von Kundendaten sowie die Dokumentation von Gesprächsinhalten und Kundenaktivitäten im CRM-System gehören zu deinem Arbeitsalltag
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Beraterinnen und Beratern unterstützt du Marketing- und Kontaktkampagnen und trägst zu einer professionellen Kundenansprache bei
• Mit Blick auf Qualität und Effizienz bringst du dich aktiv in die Optimierung von Telefonie-, CRM- und Administrationsprozessen ein

Deine Stärken

• Freude am telefonischen Kontakt mit Menschen sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung zeichnen dich aus
• Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Contact Center, Empfang oder in der Terminvereinbarung mit und fühlst dich in einer kommunikationsstarken Rolle wohl
• Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig. Auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld behältst du den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten gezielt
• Eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Arbeitsmitteln ermöglicht dir den sicheren Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen und CRM-Systemen; zudem bringst du Interesse an der Finanz- und Vorsorgebranche mit
• Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ermöglichen dir eine professionelle Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
