Sales & Segment Manager (Retail Banking)

Our client is seeking an experiencedSales & Segment Manager to support their Retail Banking division.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement targeted initiatives to increase lead generation and improve lead quality.
2. Create and execute portfolio plans and market development strategies.
3. Monitor, analyse, and report on sales and segment performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
4. Design, test, and implement new approaches to enhance sales effectiveness.
5. Plan and deliver cross-channel sales campaigns.
6. Organise and facilitate workshops and steering committees with key stakeholders.
7. Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and implement business growth initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

1. Strong background in sales, marketing, customer segmentation, or lead management.
2. Proven experience developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies.
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
4. Experience managing projects and coordinating multi-channel campaigns.
5. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
6. Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
7. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
8. Banking or financial services experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
2. Experience withBSI CX Suite would be advantageous.

Languages

1. Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential.
2. French language skills would be beneficial.
