Overview
At Gallagher, we're excited to welcome a Corporate Pension Associate Consultant to our Birmingham-based team. This is your opportunity to join a global leader in pension scheme consulting and management, where you'll play a key role in helping businesses and their employees achieve their pension and benefits goals. You'll thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment that values your contributions and is dedicated to nurturing your growth and success.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll collaborate with lead consultants to provide outstanding support to our corporate clients. You'll take the lead in managing client accounts, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring their pension and employee benefit needs are not just met but exceeded.
From organising and participating in governance meetings to creating clear and engaging communications for employers and employees, you'll play a vital role in every step of the process. You'll assist with pension scheme reviews, implementations, and ensure clients remain compliant with regulations, while offering expert guidance on salary exchange and other benefits.
Your work will have a lasting impact, empowering businesses and their employees to plan confidently for a secure and successful financial future.
About you
We're excited to connect with individuals who have proven experience in supporting Corporate or Defined Contribution clients or handling administration work. A solid understanding of auto-enrolment legislation and regulatory requirements is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with both colleagues and clients.
If you're organised, proficient in MS Office, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Please note that applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
