About the Freeths Employment Team

Our Employment, Pensions and Immigration team comprises more than 50 specialists across our 12 offices nationwide and is led by Rena Magdani, National Head of Employment, Pensions & Immigration. Rena is ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and is recognised in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame for Employment.

The team provides specialist employment, immigration and pensions advice to a diverse client base ranging from PLCs and large national businesses to SMEs and owner-managed companies. Many of our lawyers are recognised by both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, with numerous individuals ranked as leading lawyers and recommended experts in their fields.

About the Role

We are seeking a Partner to join our ambitious, friendly and high-performing team.

You will bring an established client following and/or strong referral network, together with the ambition to play a key role in the continued growth and success of one of the UK's leading employment teams. As the team continues to expand, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to business development, strengthen client relationships and help shape the future strategic direction of the practice.

This position would suit an entrepreneurial lawyer who enjoys building client relationships, developing people and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
