The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a housing management solicitor to join the firm's specialist practice. The role will involve advising housing associations, local authorities, and private landlords on a range of housing management issues, including leasehold and tenancy disputes, possession claims, policy advice, and regulatory compliance. You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
What They're Looking For
- Experience in housing management law, ideally advising registered providers and/or landlords
- Knowledge of tenancy, leasehold issues, enforcement actions, and related disputes
- Strong technical skills with the ability to manage cases independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- A proactive, organised approach with commercial awareness
