Digital Marketing Executive

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Bridlington, East Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven marketer to enhance online presence, create engaging content, and manage digital campaigns.

Details:

• Full-time, office-based role
• Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)
• Bridlington based so will need to live in a commutable distance
• £28,000 p.a. dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and edit engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Adapt content to suit each platform's requirements and audience.
• Develop and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions to engage with the community.

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement.
• Adjust strategies based on audience insights and platform analytics.

SEO & Website Optimisation

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise product descriptions, blogs, and website content.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.

Google Ads & Paid Advertising

• Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and ad creatives as necessary.
• Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong video editing skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Experience with Google Ads and paid social media advertising.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and visually appealing content.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience with WordPress or eCommerce platforms.
