One of Scotland's most respected commercial law firms is currently looking to hire an additional junior lawyer to join their highly-regarded Private Client team based in their offices in Perth.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be required to deliver private client legal advice and services including:

Wills
Executry Administration
Guardianships
Trust Creation and Management
Tax Planning
Powers of Attorney
Elderly Client Law

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

To develop and maintain relationships on behalf of the firm with existing clients of the firm and to achieve repeat business for the Firm.
This includes delivery to agreed standards and co-ordination of services for clients;
To play part in specific business development projects including Wills reviews, client succession including ensuring that client information is obtained for the firm's database for service delivery and marketing purposes;
To participate in team education and training.

Candidate Requirements:

Ideally, you will have at least one year's post qualification experience working within a Private Client team.
The role is based in Perth but will also work closely with firm's other Scottish offices.
