Highly respected UK national firm is looking to hire an a Dispute Resolution/ Commercial Litigation Partner to join their new Scottish office and be part of their continued growth. This role can be based in Edinburgh and hybrid-working is also available.
Role Profile:
This is an opportunity for an ambitious Dispute Resolution/ Commercial Litigation lawyer to join an innovative law firm with an impressive clients lists across the UK. You will play a vital role in the growth of the Scottish office as well as being part of specialist UK Dispute Resolution team.
This role would suit an experienced DR Partner but the firm is also interested in Legal Director/ Senior Associate level lawyers who are looking for a lateral move to Partner level.
The work on offer will include:
- Commercial Contract Disputes
- Real Estate Litigation
- Financial Disputes.
- General Commercial Litigation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong background in commercial litigation/ dispute resolution.
- At Partner level, some portable client base would be an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Ambition and desire to join a growing office.
