AI Senior Risk Analyst
Senior AI Risk Analyst - Investment Management
I am recruiting for a Senior AI Risk Analyst to play a pivotal role in strengthening my clients AI risk governance framework and ensuring the responsible, compliant adoption of AI across the organisation. In this role, you will lead the assessment of AI use cases end-to-end, evaluating risks across the full lifecycle, from intake and design through to deployment and monitoring, while ensuring alignment with internal standards, regulatory expectations, and industry frameworks.
You will apply deep expertise in AI, model risk, data protection, and technology risk to identify, assess, and quantify risks, as well as challenge existing controls and recommend improvements to enhance governance and risk posture. Alongside this, you will monitor key risk indicators, investigate emerging issues, and provide specialist input into AI-related incident and problem management, ensuring risks are effectively mitigated and communicated to senior stakeholders.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across technology, product, security, legal, and compliance, you will embed consistent and robust AI risk practices while driving collaboration and informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in AI or technology risk, a solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycle risks and responsible AI principles, and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO standards, who is passionate about shaping the future of AI governance in a dynamic environment.
