A global boutique advisory bank is hiring within their London Tech M&A team - a team of 15+ on London and ~150 globally. Deals are 100-500m EV and they are hiring due to pipeline and momentum.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the tech sector and have accrued robust M&A experience in a well regarded investment banking platform or Big 4 Tech M&A/lead advisory team.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Aiding origination, management and execution of transactions (in collaboration with the wider team)
- Performing detailed sector and company research
- Financial modelling, and creating presentations and drafting memoranda related to marketing and execution
- Supporting and developing analysts
In your career to date you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience :
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- High calibre M&A experience with and solid understanding of the principles of financial modelling and valuation
- Tech/Software M&A deal experience
- A strong understanding of the financial markets
- Exceptional academic credentials
