Digital Delivery Manager, Permanent (initial 14-month FTC), £80,000 - £90,000 base + bonus + competitive benefits, London (Hybrid)
My client, a well-established private bank is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join its Digital team on an initial 14-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting into the Head of Digital, you would play a key role in delivering vital digital initiatives across both mobile and web banking. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll be joining a great team with multiple projects already in flight, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential here.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across mobile, web and other digital propositions
- Drive Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing delivery plans
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and senior business stakeholders
- Support business readiness, change adoption and post-launch benefit realisation
- Coordinate delivery across both customer-facing digital platforms and core banking teams
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Delivery Manager with extensive Agile methodology exposure
- Experience delivering digital products, ideally mobile and web banking
- Financial services experience (Private or Commercial Banking preferred)
- Exposure to payments, digital channels or integration projects would be highly advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A positive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Please reach out if you’d like to learn more or refer someone in your network if they might be interested. This role will play a key role in shaping how customers experience the bank from a digital perspective. As an FTC, benefits are included in the overall package which I’d be happy to share over a call.
