Responsibilities:
- Running a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Advising clients on more complex issues, such as matters arising from the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Maintaining high standards of client care, ensuring regular communication and excellent service delivery.
- Using the firm's case management system to progress matters efficiently and keep accurate records.
- Working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
- Meeting agreed financial and performance targets.
- UK-qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong background handling both leasehold and freehold property transactions.
- Capable of dealing with complex conveyancing issues from instruction through to completion.
- Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills.
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team environment.
