Our client is a global asset manager with a fast-growing ETF platform based in London. The role stewards primary and secondary market trading, delivers liquidity insights, and supports new ETF launches.

Responsibilities

Oversee efficient execution across primary and secondary ETF markets
Coordinate with Authorised Participants (APs), portfolio managers and operations on primary market workflows
Monitor intraday spreads, trading volumes and liquidity to sustain competitive market quality
Develop or enhance dashboards/tools for liquidity insight and market analysis
Provide clear, data‑driven ETF market colour to sales teams and clients
Support new ETF listings and improvements to existing products
Maintain strong relationships with market makers, brokers and wider ETF ecosystem partners
Produce liquidity and pre‑trade analysis to support distribution and client needs
Track market and competitor developments to inform platform strategy

Requirements

Previous experience in ETF capital markets or ETF trading/operations
Proficiency with Bloomberg, Excel and Morningstar; Python desirable
