I'm working on a confidential search for a Lead Business Architect to join a major transformation programme within an insurance and investment environment.
We're looking for someone with strong experience in:

Business/Enterprise Architecture
Operating model design and transformation
Insurance and Solvency II
Private markets/investment environments
Senior stakeholder engagement

This is an initial 6-month contract with potential to become permanent.
