HOURS: Full Time (35 Hours)

What you'll be doing...
Within IAM Engineering, we're transforming how privileged access is secured across Lloyds Banking Group through modern PAM platforms, automation and cloud-based security controls. As Lead Technical Application Specialist - Privileged Access Management (PAM), you'll lead a team responsible for building, operating and enhancing the services that govern privileged access across the Group. You'll combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, resilient and scalable solutions that protect critical systems, support engineering teams and strengthen the Group's identity security capabilities.
Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams and platform consumers, you'll help shape strategy, influence our roadmap and deliver modern privileged access capabilities that reduce standing privilege, enable secure just-in-time access and strengthen identity security across one of the UK's largest financial institutions.

What we're looking for?
- Experience leading, coaching and developing engineering teams
- Strong technical expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management or Identity Security
- Experience delivering security platforms within large and complex organisations
- Experience leading the design, implementation and operation of enterprise PAM solutions
- Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, ideally including the CyberArk Identity Security Platform
- Experience with secrets management, privileged identity governance and privileged session monitoring
- Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience working with APIs and modern authentication standards including OAuth, OIDC, SAML and SCIM
And it would be great if you had any of the following...
- Experience implementing Just-in-Time access capabilities
- Experience supporting Zero Standing Privilege initiatives
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and tooling such as Terraform
- Experience driving automation and engineering efficiency improvements
- Knowledge of operational resilience and critical incident management
