Our client is a highly respected investment management firm seeking an experienced Multi Asset Dealer to join its established Dealing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades across a broad range of asset classes, including:
- Fixed Income (Government and Investment Grade Corporate Bonds)
- Global Equities
- Foreign Exchange (Spot and Forward)
- Cash Management
- Futures, Options and OTC Derivatives
- Deliver best execution while managing market impact and transaction costs.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Investment Teams, providing market updates and trading insight.
- Monitor and evaluate broker performance using Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and market counterparties.
- Utilise electronic trading platforms, algorithms and trading technologies to optimise execution.
- Participate in projects focused on regulatory change, systems enhancements and process improvements.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the dealing desk through technology and automation initiatives.
- Ensure all dealing activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
We're looking for an experienced buy-side dealer with strong technical knowledge across multiple asset classes and a passion for delivering exceptional execution.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within an asset management, wealth management or investment management dealing desk.
- Strong multi-asset dealing experience across fixed income, equities, FX, cash management and derivatives.
- A thorough understanding of market structure and best execution principles.
- Experience using electronic trading platforms, algorithms and dealing technologies.
- Knowledge of Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and broker performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across investment teams and external counterparties.
- Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and embracing new technology.
