Join a leading Financial Services organisation undergoing a large-scale technology transformation programme, with multiple releases and work streams running in parallel across the business.
Your new role
- Provide independent Delivery Assurance and Quality Management across a complex transformation portfolio.
- Review delivery quality, governance, methodologies and programme artefacts, ensuring consistent standards are applied across all work streams.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to programme delivery frameworks and controls.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the PMO and senior programme leadership, providing objective feedback on delivery health and quality.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong Delivery Assurance experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Deep understanding of delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and quality standards.
- MUST HAVE Experience operating within complex Financial Services environments.
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
- Clearing House, Market Infrastructure or similar enterprise transformation experience would be highly desirable.
