Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted adviser to CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and senior management teams on strategic and corporate matters.
- Lead and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients across a range of sectors.
- Advise clients on major corporate events, capital allocation decisions, shareholder engagement strategies, and market positioning.
- Originate and execute new business opportunities, contributing to the continued growth of the advisory practice.
- Partner with senior leadership to expand the firm's market presence and client franchise.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Deliver strategic insights derived from market dynamics, investor perspectives, and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively across senior stakeholders internally to provide clients with best-in-class advice.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record within Equity Research, Strategic Advisory, Corporate Broking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or a related advisory environment.
- Established relationships with senior corporate executives and management teams.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly client-facing environment and develop trusted adviser relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience winning, developing, and growing client mandates.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the credibility to engage Board-level stakeholders.
- Previous leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
- Deep sector expertise and a strong market profile within their coverage area.
