Role : Test Analyst

Rate: Up To £375 Per Day
We’re looking for an experienced Test Analyst to support a major testing programme within a customer-facing technology environment. This is an opportunity to take ownership of manual testing across a range of digital services, ensuring functionality, reliability and a seamless customer experience across multiple platforms and devices.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute manual functional and regression test cases across mobile services, digital platforms and customer journeys.
- Test end-to-end functionality spanning voice, messaging, data services, digital channels and customer account features.
- Manage defect reporting, investigate issues and collaborate with developers, business analysts and test leadership to drive resolutions.
- Prepare test data, document results and support service-related testing activities, maintaining high standards across all test artefacts.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in software testing, with telecoms industry experience essential.
- Practical experience executing UAT, developing manual test cases and supporting regression testing.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, defect management and test management tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
