US Corporate Tax Senior Associate

A Leading US Tax Practice is searching for a US Corporate Tax Senior to join their US Tax team located in newly refurbed offices in a Central London location, offering flexible and agile working.

As a US Corporate Tax Senior, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting in the management of a group of corporate clients
Reviewing US Corporate and Partnership tax returns
Assisting Senior Leadership in the delivery of advice
Carrying out research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients
Researching and applying US Tax concepts
Ensure you're keeping up to date with latest legislative changes
Support in business development and marketing initiatives

Your experience:

US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) with suitable US Corporate / Business Tax experience
Private Equity Fund exposure would be advantageous but is not essential
Proficient in Excel and ideally CCH Axcess
