UX Designer
A global investment management firm is looking to appoint a UX Designer to join its international marketing function. The business continues to invest heavily in its digital capabilities, with a particular focus on improving how investors and prospects engage with its online platforms and content.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across a range of web-based channels. Working alongside digital, content, marketing and technology teams, you will play a key role in enhancing customer journeys, improving engagement and ensuring digital experiences are both effective and accessible.

The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Designing and enhancing digital user experiences across websites and online platforms
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows to improve navigation, engagement and conversion
- Developing mobile-first user experiences that deliver consistency across devices and touchpoints
- Working closely with developers to translate requirements into intuitive and technically feasible designs
- Improving information architecture and user journeys across content-rich digital environments
- Using analytics, testing results and user feedback to inform design improvements and optimisation activity
- Ensuring digital experiences meet accessibility, usability and responsive design standards
- Collaborating with content and marketing teams to present complex information in a clear and engaging format
- Designing data-rich interfaces, dashboards and visual elements that improve user understanding
- Supporting website enhancements and digital platform developments from concept through to delivery
- Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered effectively
- Contributing to continuous improvements in digital design standards, processes and best practices
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in UX/UI design, ideally within financial services, asset management or another regulated environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design across complex digital platforms
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping and information architecture
- Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards and digital best practice
- Experience designing for content management systems and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to interpret user data, analytics and testing results to support design decisions
- Strong visual design skills, including experience presenting complex information through charts, tables and digital content
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across marketing, content, technology and development teams
- A collaborative, inquisitive and delivery-focused approach
- Degree educated, ideally in design, human-computer interaction or a related discipline
