As a Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of active M&A mandates, primarily sell-side transactions. You will be client-facing, hands-on, and integral to the success of each engagement. The team are also open to considering Transaction Services Professionals for this role, so it would be the ideal opportunity for someone looking to make the transition into a lead advisory position.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including preparation of marketing materials, buyer outreach, negotiation support, and project management through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners, professional advisors, and strategic / financial buyers.
- Taking a proactive role in pitch preparation and business development alongside Directors and Partners.
Desirables:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a background in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services,
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Comfortable managing relationships with clients and acting as their first point of contact
