Salary Range: $70,310 - $80,000
Essential Job Functions:
Maintaining VECTR SharePoint (SP).
Providing Data Management (DM) support to the VECTR IPT team.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Overseeing the management and maintenance of data systems, databases, and data repository.
Establishing and implementing protocols to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data. This involves identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding data privacy and security.
Creating and managing reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Working with various departments and stakeholders to understand their data needs and to promote the effective use of data across the organization.
Identifying opportunities to improve data management processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Execute configuration and data management functions for the VECTR's configuration and data items: receipt, control, compliance, tracking, distribution, and interfacing with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Document repository with permissions access control, archiving, and searchable with metadata on SharePoint at various classification levels.
Change Control Board (CCB) status monitoring by attending the CCB: track submittals and timelines for submission / review / acceptance of CCB JIRA tickets.
Maintains Document Data and tracks requirements.
Identify and manage technical data throughout the lifecycle of a Software Configuration Set (SCS).
Coordinate Development Change Review Board for disposition of anomalies and document changes.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
High school diploma plus 8 years of related experience or an Associate degree plus 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
Must communicate effectively in person and in writing.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Effectively communicate (oral and written) with tact and professionalism.
Ability to perform, manage, and prioritize multiple related tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills:
Familiarization with Agile.
