Construction Project Manager
CBRE Israel is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our projects team and manage construction projects from the client side.
The role includes responsibility for managing projects from the planning and permitting stages, through structural frame and finishing works, and up to successful handover. This is a hands-on position that combines site and office work, and requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, planners, suppliers, clients and local authorities.
Key responsibilities
• Manage construction projects on behalf of the client, from planning and permitting through structural frame, finishing works and final handover
• Build, monitor and manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers on site
• Oversee execution quality, site progress and compliance with project requirements
• Manage and synchronize consultants, planners and professional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and support permitting processes with local authorities, including approvals, permits and Form 4 processes
• Identify project challenges, support engineering problem-solving and drive practical solutions
• Maintain clear communication, follow-up and documentation across all project interfaces
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, mandatory
• 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, mandatory
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Project, mandatory
• Previous experience in construction execution / site work, advantage
• Familiarity with BIM / Revit, advantage
• Strong organizational skills, discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to work in both site and office environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with contractors, planners, consultants, suppliers and clients
• High motivation, willingness to learn and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic project environment
