The Program: Morningstar's Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to our mission-driven culture. As a Sales Development Intern, you'll be part of a cohort of interns across the company, participating in training, mentorship, and networking opportunities while contributing meaningfully to our sales organization. Job Responsibilities:

• Learn how to identify potential clients and build lead lists using tools like LinkedIn and CRM platforms.

• Assist in drafting outreach emails and call scripts to support sales campaigns.

• Shadow SDRs and regional sales reps to observe client conversations and understand the sales cycle.

• Contribute to small projects that improve sales processes or client engagement strategies.

Compensation: $25 per hour

What we look for

• Between 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (graduating in 2027 or later).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Interest in financial markets, investing, or financial technology.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Demonstrated leadership or involvement in campus organizations or previous internship experience is a plus.
