The Global Post-Trade Compliance team plays a key role in Vanguard's commitment to protecting investors and supporting strong oversight across our global fund complex. The team is responsible for substantial shareholder monitoring, assessing regulatory obligations, and helping ensure timely and accurate compliance outcomes across a broad range of investment products and markets.

As part of this group, the Global Shareholder Disclosure team focuses on ownership-based reporting requirements in jurisdictions around the world. This work sits at the intersection of regulation, data, market structure, and investment activity, giving team members the opportunity to solve complex challenges in a highly visible and evolving area of global compliance.

  • Lead resolution of complex compliance matters and influence risk-based decisions across business, Legal, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
  • Drive enhancements to monitoring capabilities, controls, data quality, and reporting processes while overseeing compliance technology vendors and holding providers accountable for service delivery, regulatory changes, issue resolution, and platform enhancements.
  • Provide mentorship, quality oversight, and subject matter expertise to support strong compliance outcomes and strategic initiatives.
