Controller Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Reporting
Private Equity & Stake Holder Reporting
Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance
Payroll, HR Admin & Compliance
Process & Controls
Cash Management & Working Capital
Budget & Forecasting
Team Development
Systems and Scalability

Controller Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree, CPA preferred
5-8 years of accounting experience in a controller seat.
Experience in a Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or Industrial Environment
Experience working with external auditors
Experience working with a Private Equity backed firm, working at a company that was purchased by Private Equity, or previously working at a Private Equity Firm.
