Quality Assurance Technician
DCS is searching for a performance-driven Quality Assurance Technician to support US Army programs. A focus on either Analytical, Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We're seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast-evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
AA/AS from an accredited college, or 2-year technical school and certification in area of expertise in engineering with 5 years progressive experience in quality assurance/control within the DOD environment.
Serve as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments. Coordinate testing with Test Engineers.
Perform visual inspections of finished products. Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory requirements.
Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
Desired Skills:
Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
