Job Description

Manage end-to-end committee and meeting processes, including agendas, packs, and governance documentation.
Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Coordinate resolution circulation and maintain accurate records of decisions.
Maintain committee calendars, annual schedules, and governance timelines.
Act as a key liaison between committees, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements.
Handle committee correspondence and respond to internal queries professionally.
Prepare high-quality reports, minutes, resolutions, and governance materials.
Support corporate governance framework implementation, audits, and compliance activities.
Manage corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and maintain secure, well-organised governance records.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
Knowledge of governance frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
