Business Development & Client Relations Manager
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager has an overall responsibility to maintain Nextcare's current business and pursue new and existing business opportunities. The position acts as important link between Nextcare and its clients which include insurance companies, key account, brokers, etc..
He/she should maintain focus on the company's goals and objectives and is in charge of exploring and creating new business opportunity in direct collaboration with the Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement initiatives to capitalize on existing and prospective partner strengths, driving additional benefits to Nextcare's portfolio.
Revenue Generation: Identify and secure new revenue streams from both new and existing business opportunities in collaboration with management.
Pipeline Management: Create, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring continuous updates in Salesforce to reflect actual new and renewal business.
Data-Driven Insights: Conduct regular performance claims analysis for key accounts to support strategic decision-making.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, technical developments, pricing strategies, and service offerings.
Client Advisory: Provide guidance to clients on developing, implementing, and revising insurance programs and policies.
Competitor Analysis : Monitor competitors' strategies and adapt business development plans to align with market changes, demands, and needs.
Client Engagement : Ensure regular engagement with payers and arrange Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as finance, to support fee collection, claims payment, and other operational needs.
Training & Events : Plan and organize seminars and training sessions for clients and internal employees to enhance their understanding of insurance management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree.
5+ years relevant experience in a similar role (TPAs, Insurance companies, Hospitals, Medical Centers).
Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
