Sales Assistant H/F

You will join CA CIB Dubai as GMD Sales Assistant.

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Dubaï, You will be part of the sales team as a Sales Assistant .

Your concrete missions will be the following :

1. Strategy and Business Development:

You design tailored financial solutions for clients, working closely with sales, trading and risk management teams.
You contribute to new product development by monitoring market trends and regulatory changes.
You support and train sales teams on products and pricing tools.
You report regularly to management and contribute to cross-functional projects.

2. Managing and Reporting:

Reporting: Structurer, MEA;
Report to the management on an ad-hoc basis where business; dictates and requires (e.g. NBI and commercial performance locally, sensitive files...).

3. Risk:

Adhere to CA-CIB policies and be alert to risks arising from transactions for the bank and clients;
Seek validation by Trading / CPL / LGL (as relevant) on all transactions involving a risk position by the bank;
Take into account compliance and reputational risks in the design of solutions for clients;
Ensure adequacy of the solution with respect to the client's objectives.

4. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

You comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, and complete all mandatory training accordingly;
You report any fraud or financial crime risk to the dedicated compliance officer;
You maintain the skills and certifications required to perform your role.

To be eligible for a VIE :

- Be less than 28 years old ;

- Be postgraduate of a Master degree ;

- Be EU citizen.

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

Academic Background : Finance engineering, Quantitative finance, Structuring;

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Experience in dealing room

Compétences recherchées

Hard Skills :

Structuring skills (pricing, writing TS, product design, execution, etc.)
Good understanding of financial instruments
Mathematical-minded
IT literate - fluent in spreadsheet, VBA and coding

Soft Skills :

Motivated

Good communicator

English (very good level)
