2027 Athletes Programme - Birmingham



We are pleased to announce that applications for our EMEA Athletes Programme have now opened. This programme is a pathway for professionals seeking a tailored route into the firm to start their next chapter. New for 2027 we have broadened our talent pipelining for professionals to include athletes alongside career breakers and military leavers. This new initative is a strategic realignment of our existing Returnship® and Veterans Integration Programme, expanding our reach to professionals from non-traditional backgrounds. Across this 10-week paid placement, professionals will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the firms day-to-day activities. Professionals will be able to utilise our vast resources, connecting with senior leaders and mentorship opportunities throughout. Application requirements:

• Athletes who competed in their chosen sport at a regional, national and/or international level for a minimum of 24 months


• Retired from sport for at least 24 months (as of January 11, 2025)
