Response Officer

MAN Commercial Protection have an exciting opportunity in Birmingham for a Metro / Tram Network Response Officer.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts will include early mornings, late evening and weekends.

Payrate: £14.70ph

The duties and responsibilities will include:

Travelling on the West Midlands Metro (WMM) network to provide a visual deterrence on trams and at stations.
Assist members of the public, by providing excellent customer service and promoting the Buy Before You Board for tickets.
Supporting the WMM revenue protection team and providing support during targeted operations (will not be issuing penalties/tickets).
Assist with crowd control during peak times and events.
Use of Body Worn Camera for safety and evidence gathering.
Complete reports via an app-based programme.

The ideal candidate must have:

You must be able to work on your own initiative
Full 5year checkable work/education history
Valid SIA DS Licence
