Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Director, Head of Transfer Agency to join the team at a tier 1 bank in Manchester on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead UK Transfer Agency operations across dealing, investor servicing/core recordkeeping, settlements and reconciliations, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, accuracy and timeliness.
• Own the TA operating model and control environment: governance, risk and issue management, operational resilience, reconciliations oversight, and audit/regulatory readiness for recordkeeping activities.
• Provide senior oversight of client, distributor and fund governance interactions for Transfer Agency-managing escalations, service performance, and delivery against SLAs/contractual commitments.
• Set strategy and drive continuous improvement across TA processes, data quality and technology change; lead and develop managers/teams and manage financial and workforce plans for the UK TA organisation.

Required Skills/Experience

To be successful in this role, we?re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management. Service delivery experience preferred.
