On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst, for a 6 month contract. Edinburgh, Stirling (preferred) or London based. Hybrid with 2 days per week required on-site.

Purpose of the role
M&G are looking for a Business Analyst to support a major repositioning and rebrand of its With Profits Fund. The role will focus on identifying where the fund is referenced across customer touchpoints and understanding the changes required across documents, websites, correspondence and digital channels.
You'll need to combine strong, detailed analysis with excellent stakeholder engagement, working across a complex financial services environment to bring clarity to requirements and help drive the programme forward.
What you'll do
- Carry out detailed analysis across customer touchpoints, including websites, documents, correspondence and digital journeys.
- Identify where changes are required as part of the wider rebrand and repositioning programme.
- Gather, define and document clear business requirements.
- Work across multiple business areas including Marketing, Finance, Technology and customer-facing teams.
- Support process and operating model changes arising from the programme.
- Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to understand impacts, dependencies and required actions.
- Help create alignment across business and technology teams in a fast-moving programme environment.
- Support delivery of wider digital and customer experience changes where required.
The Skills you'll need
- Strong Business Analyst experience within complex transformation programmes.
- Financial Services experience, ideally within Life & Pensions, Asset Management or Banking.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or digital change programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through detailed documentation, customer journeys and business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage across multiple business areas.
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable outcomes.
- Previous rebrand, repositioning, marketing transformation or customer-facing change experience would be highly beneficial.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where requirements may continue to evolve.
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
