Responsibilities
- Ownership for the delivery of outstanding customer service at all times to both external and internal customers. Providing a first-class service with a "can do" attitude at all times.
- Develop an understanding of all mail room services to include the processing and distribution of emails and physical inbound/outbound mail
- Liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure hygienic cleaning/monitoring/reporting is carried out.
- Liaise with third party suppliers regarding both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Complete daily floor walk checks and activities as well as providing general maintenance to a high standard
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and address any potential hazards.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Customer Service and Workplace Facilities role.
- Be highly organised and be able to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
- Maintains high standards of performance by identifying and creating self-development opportunities.
- Excellent Customer Service is essential
- Communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role.
- A high level of computer literacy is essential.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a corporate/office environment.
