Job Description:
• Daily Operations: Maintain and update the data center's asset ledger on a regular basis. Conduct periodic reconciliation of the asset ledger with financial accounts in accordance with financial regulations. Perform routine inventory counts to ensure ledger-to-physical consistency. Execute physical asset management processes to safeguard asset security, integrity, and effective utilization. Ensure SLA targets for asset check-in/check-out work orders are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to compliant operations in relation to occupational health, legal requirements, and integrity standards. Ensure day-to-day asset management activities comply with company policies and applicable laws. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and necessary assistance.
• Optimization & Improvement: Follow and contribute to asset management policies, operating manuals, and emergency management procedures. Regularly collect, organize, and analyze asset management data to identify potential issues and risks, and escalate findings with supporting reports.
• Technical Support: Understand business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center asset operations effectively. Assist in managing warehouse storage location planning and maintaining inventory control policies (min-max levels) for complete units and spare parts.
• Vendor & Team Collaboration: Work closely with outsourced vendor teams in daily asset operations. Support coordination of recruitment activities, assist in performance tracking, and participate in delivering training programs to maintain team service quality and operational standards.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in corporate asset management, with working knowledge of warehousing and supply chain management.
• Experience collaborating within a team environment, with the ability to coordinate tasks and support team members in completing assigned objectives.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of explaining and demonstrating asset management processes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience participating in enterprise-level asset audits. High sense of responsibility and a meticulous, detail-oriented work style to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• A strong team player with the ability to work closely with colleagues across functions to achieve shared goals.
• Fluency in English is required as the primary working language. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or local language is a strong plus.
• This is a fully onsite position requiring physical presence at the data center facility during business days.
