Introduction
Our Client is looking for a Change Management Consultant with recent National Security experience to assist business change projects.
You will be delivering technical and organisation change to time and budget requirements within secure environments. Consequently, the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively is essential.
This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days per week on site in Cheltenham.

Please note that the client has determined that the off-payroll working rules will apply to this assignment and therefore this contract will be run through an Umbrella Company. Income tax and primary national insurance contributions will be deducted at source from any payments made to the intermediary.

- Delivering business change projects and programmes within the National Security space.
- Project management support for large budget projects.
- Assisting in the development of consultancy offerings, bids, and propositions.
- Supporting clients through technical, process and cultural change projects.
- Leading and/or supporting business delivery assignments to achieve stakeholder satisfaction and high-quality results.
- Fostering trusting stakeholder relationships.
- Delivering change with awareness and knowledge of business change models.
- Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Skills & experience
- Delivery of business change within the National Security space.
- Change management accreditations such as AMPG, PROSCI or MSP.
- Experience of preparing affected business areas for transformation.
- Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations.
- Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops to support business change.
