Working Patterns and location - Fully on site
Key responsibilities
• Lead and deliver end-to-end change initiatives across complex or secure government environments.
• Develop change strategies and conduct impact assessments to support successful transformation.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders.
• Drive change adoption, ensuring alignment between transformation objectives and business outcomes.
• Oversee risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts across live change programmes.
• Produce high-quality documentation, structured outputs, and clear communication materials.
• Guide and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through periods of significant change.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify, shape, and refine digital transformation objectives.
Skills & experience
• Proven experience delivering change programmes in complex or secure digital environments.
• Strong knowledge of both structured and agile change methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing change strategies, including Change Impact Assessments.
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis to support change adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce clear, structured documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical delivery actions.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts across large programmes.
The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:
• Previous experience working within a management consultancy environment.
• Familiarity with secure government or defence sector programmes.
• Relevant change management qualification such as Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent.
• Experience working with senior public sector stakeholders at programme or portfolio level.
