The successful candidate will have proven experience in:
- Experience within the Telecommunications (Telco) sector.
- Organisational Design and Operating Model transformation
- Change strategy, planning and implementation
- Stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
- Change impact assessments and communications
- Training, adoption and business readiness activities
