We are working with a growing international asset manager to appoint a Client Reporting Specialist into its EMEA client services function. This newly created position reflects continued business growth and increasing demand for high-quality institutional client reporting across a broad range of investment products and mandates.
This is a highly visible role sitting at the centre of investment, client servicing and operational teams. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, insightful and client-ready reporting that supports ongoing client relationships, regulatory requirements and business growth.

The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Producing recurring and ad hoc client reporting for institutional investors across EMEA
- Delivering bespoke portfolio, performance and risk reports tailored to individual client requirements
- Extracting, analysing and validating investment data from multiple systems and sources
- Coordinating inputs from investment, product and client-facing teams to deliver comprehensive reporting outputs
- Incorporating portfolio commentary, market updates and performance analysis into client materials
- Maintaining robust quality control processes to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Managing reporting timelines and deliverables across multiple client mandates
- Supporting due diligence requests and investor questionnaires from existing clients and consultants
- Maintaining reporting templates, content repositories and supporting documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and technology
- Leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting efficiency, data analysis and content production
- Building strong working relationships across investment, operations, risk, compliance and relationship management teams
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience producing institutional client reporting within asset management
- Strong understanding of investment data, performance reporting and reporting controls
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word capabilities
- Experience working with investment systems and market data platforms
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create client-ready materials
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
- Experience managing recurring reporting cycles and multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Exposure to DDQs, client information requests or similar reporting documentation would be advantageous
- Understanding of institutional investment products across asset classes
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with both operational and client-facing stakeholders
- Interest in reporting automation, AI tools and process improvement initiatives
