Client Services & Reporting Writer (Assistant Vice President)
This role supports institutional business development and client servicing through the creation of high-quality client communications, reporting, and questionnaire responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for prospective and existing clients.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc institutional client reports and supporting materials.
- Analyse and validate investment data for client-facing content and reporting.
- Maintain content libraries and ensure consistency across communications.
- Support consultant databases, industry surveys and business development initiatives.
- Leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency, reporting and content quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Experience writing RFPs, RFIs and DDQs within asset or investment management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience handling investment data.
- Good understanding of investment products and ESG considerations.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent written communication and organisational abilities.
