The Role
The team is looking to hire an experienced ETF Quantitative Trader with a strong background in ETF market making and/or systematic trading.
You will be responsible for developing, scaling, and optimising trading strategies while working closely with quantitative researchers and technology teams to continually improve trading performance.
Responsibilities
- Running and scaling ETF trading strategies
- Trading and managing risk across ETF products
- Optimising execution quality, latency, and order placement
- Making real-time trading and risk decisions in fast-moving markets
- Collaborating closely with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance existing systematic strategies
- Identifying and implementing new ideas to improve trading performance and profitability
- Monitoring market conditions and adapting strategies accordingly
- Contributing to the development of new trading opportunities across products and regions
