This role will work within the Fund Operations Project Team for this Asset Manager.

You will manage a small team and be responsible for the planning, supporting and implementation of Business Change particularly relating to Product Range updates, systems in enhancements and Business process improvement.

You will be responsible for:

Defining project objectives and ensuring tasks are aligned to meet outcomes and benefits.

Planning steps and actions to deliver objectives, consulting others and assigning timelines and responsibilities.

Following project methodology and producing and maintaining effective documentation.

Managing stakeholder communication.

Identifying and mitigating risks.

Working within and managing a small team, responsible for executing tasks assigned to Fund Operations including data analysis, process mapping, systems development plans, defining test criteria, testing, delivering training and producing training materials.

Evaluating projects at completion, including reviewing issues and learnings with stakeholders.

You will likely have at least 10 years Fund Operations experience with some relevant project experience either as part of your current role or in a pure project role. You will have some prior people management experience. You will also have a strong understanding of Fund Operations, processes and associated fund structures. You will also need strong written and verbal communication skills and very comfortable handling large, complex datasets in excel.
