- Provide support and guidance on corporate governance, statutory compliance, and transaction-related matters.
- Monitor and manage client requests to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives, projects, and operational activities as required.
- Support the onboarding of new clients in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to support client billing, including invoice preparation and supporting documentation.
- Assist with a range of administrative and project activities to ensure the successful delivery of client services.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using legal entity management and subsidiary governance technology.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, company secretarial, compliance, or legal administration activities, gained through professional experience and/or on-the-job learning.
- Previous experience in a company secretarial, legal, governance, or compliance role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and best practice guidance to resolve issues and support client requirements.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client service skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues, including the ability to communicate clearly on complex or sensitive matters.
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of workloads and work independently.
- A degree in a relevant field is essential where being a Student or Graduate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) is desirable but not mandatory and support with study is offered.
